**Responsibilities**:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Support customers through every technical sales stage, of technical discovery, Proof-of-Concept and technical closure to ensure a smooth transition to the next sales stage and solution procurement.
- Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and targets for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and visit onsite customers to strengthen company goals.
- Manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects.
- Supporting pre-sales activities crossfunctionly with marketing and other internal groups

**What do we require**:
To be a successful Solutions Architect, you should have:

- 5+ years’ experience as a pre-sale’s professional (external)
- Collaboration skills to simplify the pre-sales process of Demo, Eval, and Closure for customers by working closely with the Sales team.
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements in-depth to offer a hyper-personalized product demo and improve customer processes.
- Strong relationship management skills to encourage teamwork and positive influence.
- Effective feedback and review system skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to engage with the Product Management team on a regular basis to design new requirements, product roadmap, and enhancements

- Proficiency in Linux Windows with familiarity in Cloud, ADCs, Virtualization, and python.
