**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients in their homes
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, such as infections, chronic diseases, and acute illnesses
- Prescribe and manage medications, as necessary
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for patients
- Educate patients and their families about health promotion and disease prevention
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient
- Participate in continuous professional development and attend training as required

**Requirements**:

- MBBS or higher degree from a recognized medical school
- Medical Council of India (MCI) registration
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes within the Mumbai metropolitan area
