**Position: Digital Marketing Executive**
**Location: Saket**
**Renumeration: 20000/- pm**
**Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Sat Off)**
**Working hours: 10am - 6:45pm**

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Red Dash Media, you will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for client campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content for digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the performance and progress of digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and proposals for prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
