**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cross-functional Training**: Participate in a rotational program across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance), gaining insights into various business functions.
- **Project Support**: Assist in ongoing projects by performing research, preparing reports, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Prepare and deliver presentations or reports as needed.
- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction**: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members professionally, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, contributing to business strategy and development.
- **Data Management**: Analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights, helping to improve process efficiencies and support business growth.
- **Performance Tracking**: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing performance reports for management review.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: MBA in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are a must.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- **Adaptability**: Eager to learn, with a flexible approach to working in different business areas.
- **Proficiency in MS Office**: Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive relationships.
