JOB TITLE: Associate/Analyst
JOB TYPE: Technical
LOCATION: New Delhi
REPORTING TO: HOD

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching and maintaining the database of case laws;
- Preparation of snippets, articles, infographics, notes etc. on regulatory updates and publishing it on website and on other sites;
- Application & Documentation of all the cases;
- Liaising with Company, RTA, Lawyers, Nodal Officers, IEPF, IRDA, MCA, RBI, NCLT, SEBI etc.
- Exposure of all the relevant acts which requires to be studied for recovery of lost or forgotten wealth of clients;
- Client Documentation;
- IEPF form Filing;
- Invoicing and recovery of fee from clients
- Thorough Professional focused on meeting clients’ needs;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Organized and able to meet deadlines;
- Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
