Rcc Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee RCC construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that work meets specified standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as material shortages or design discrepancies.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photographs, and inspection documentation.
- Manage project expenses to ensure they stay within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing change orders as needed.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in RCC construction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RCC construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
