**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on the stock market, financial instruments, and investment strategies
- Customize training programs to meet the needs of different audiences, such as beginners or advanced traders
- Create and update training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments
- Provide coaching and support to trainees as they put their knowledge into practice
- Monitor trainee progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Requirements:

- Strong understanding of the Indian stock market and financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training programs
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for different audiences
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools, such as technical analysis software and financial databases
- Relevant education or certification in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in training or teaching is an added advantage
