We are hiring, your job will require interacting with customers over the call and face to face.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Counselling the students for the training.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
