Call Centre Agent for Gold Loan

**General Accountability**

Call Centre Executives are the “face” of the company. They are the first point of contact for customers, so they are responsible for bringing awareness to their business, generating leads, and making sales. It is important for executives to stay positive and accommodating throughout every conversation since they act as the first impression of the company. This focuses on creating positive relationships with potential customers by handling any questions, complaints, or suggestions they may have to help build customer loyalty. A typical day for a call centre executive includes identifying customers' needs, researching customer issues, and providing prompt, clear solutions via phone calls. They document all customer interactions in a CRM system.

**Roles & Responsibilities for Call Centre Executive**
- Answering incoming calls and providing high quality support to our gold loan customers
- Answering phones with polite, courteous and professional manner
- Follow communication “scripts / guide” provided by the company for uniformity, when handling different topics - Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and Seize opportunities to sell our products when they arise
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Handle all calls with customers so that the customer is 100% satisfied when the call ends
- Attend mandatory training sessions and educational seminars to improve knowledge and to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

**Key Performance Indicator**
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
- Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
