1. Responsible for site measurements and preparation of As Built Plans for grant of Occupation / Completion Certificates.

2. Preparation of Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Terrace Plans, Basement and Stilt Plans, Area Statements.

3. Preparation of Superimposed Drawings of As Built Plans on approved Building Plans to assess the deviations and identify the compositional deviations.

4. Coordination with the sanctioning authorities regarding the queries to the submission drawings.

5. Also possess skills for coordination with the site team.

6. Displays initiative towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

7. Self-Starter, Excellent leadership qualities & technically sound.

8. Excellent communication, Problem solving, management and organizational skills.

9. Proficient in English

10. Own transport and ability to travel within City, State/Region

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinating the internal team of Patwari, Architects, coordinating with the Engineering Division, etc.

2. Maintains contact with all clients for the projects assigned to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

3. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

4. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

1. Diploma in Architecture

2. Computer Knowledge - With working experience in AutoCAD & MS Office.

3. Proficient in interpreting Haryana Building Code / Codes applicable in the Federal State and relevant policies pertaining to area norms for different products.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
