**Position Title - Group Leader - Drugs**

Experience - Around 10 Years experience in any renowned Pharma industry strictly with QC Background

Qualification - Masters in Pharma / MSc. Chemistry (Preferably Organic Chemistry)

Location - Barasat (West Bengal)

**Industry Preference - Pharmaceutical, Bio Tech & Clinical Research.**
- Experience in Managing a team of Scientist, Analyst & Chemists on day-to-day basis.
- Analysis in a supervisory role, with strong knowledge of Drug & Pharma analysis as per cGMP & GLP, NABL, USFDA,WHO requirements
- Operating process of instruments like HPLC, FTIR, GC, GC-MS, Analytical Methods Validation, Karl fisher,
- Titrimetric Methods, Knowledge of ICH Guidelines,21 CFR software handling and D&C act.
- Preferably a Competent Technical Staff (CTS) or Approved chemist from Drug Directorate of any State Govt of India.
- Experience in conducting residue/impurity analysis of various Drug & Cosmetics matrices
- Plan and conduct internal audits, study audits and routine process audits for as per cGMP, GLP requirements
- Ensure timely and effective CAPAs (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
- Ensure compliance to cGMP, GLPs and Company’s quality system requirement
- Train the team members on cGMP requirements, pharmacopoeia updates & Regulatory requirements. Should have experience in handling NABL, USFDA & MHRA Audits
- Ability to monitor laboratory operations systems, develop new capabilities and act on improvements with key performance indicators
- Write & review SOP's with focus on Quality System improvements
- Experience & knowledge in Laboratory Information managements software (LIMS)
- Ability to effectively organize routine and complex work
- Ability to negotiate effectively with other departments and functions to improve processes

Good English Communication Skills(both verbal & written as well) & Interpersonal Skills

Good Presentation Skills
