**Job Title**: Assistant Sales and Service Back End Operations

**Category**: Junior Role

**Experience**: Fresher - 1 Year

**Qualification**: BE - Bio Medical, ECE, EEE, CSE, B.Tech IT BSC Computer Science, BCA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of the Sales and Service team by gathering and processing related data & report management.
- Gather customer details and maintain the database.
- Prepare quotes for customers and forward them to the Sales Team.
- Raise and collect purchase orders (PO).
- Follow up on sales activities such as attested sign-in quote and PO.
- Regularly follow up on collected POs and outstanding payments with the Sales Team.
- Monitor purchase parts in and out details.
- Support the account team in handling customer accounts and documentation for GST filing.
- Check and maintain weekly stock reports.
- Assist and coordinate with the Sales Team per the instructions of the Sales Manager and General Manager.

**Key Attitude Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Sound typing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office - Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform office support duties such as handling tele-calling and coordination with clients and internal departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
