Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to primary school students.
- Use various teaching methods and resources to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles.
- Integrate technology and multimedia into lessons to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess students' progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.
- Monitor and track individual student performance and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable and encouraged to participate.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a well-rounded and integrated learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of students' attendance, grades, and overall performance.
- Ensure a safe and secure classroom environment and follow school policies and procedures.
- Participate in school-related extracurricular activities and events as required.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
