- In this role you are responsible to work with FP&A Lead to deliver the on-time accurate reports as per monthly reporting calendar. This entails improving processes, financial information, budgeting & forecasting, periodic reporting & reviewing strategic financial plans. Also, contribute towards the process efficiency by delivering Lean and GB projects._

- Responsibilities_
- _Delivery of on-time and accurate reports to client as per monthly reporting calendar with providing commentaries on variance against Bud/Forecast_
- _Accountable for monthly CPS/KPI metrics for the areas in-scope._
- _Compile & consolidate reports for internal reporting as well as other requests as received, providing recommendations & highlighting opportunities_
- _Clear planning and executing the plan toward meeting the FP&A deliverables with credible reporting_
- _Enhance, automate & streamline management reporting systems, & map processes to ensure that they align to Statutory and management reports_
- _Conduct accurate analysis on the financial performance of the company & provide statistical & operational reports to the Finance Executives_
- _Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts to ensure that spending is in line with these with a focus on_
- _Ensure accuracy of forecasts by recommending corrective actions to Executives when trends are unfavorable, driving consistency in reporting across strategic business units_
- _Support adhoc requests and focus on ongoing improvement with FP&A_
- _Provide variance analysis to budget and periodic forecasts, identify added-value reporting opportunities for trend analysis & commentary to assist forecasting & budgeting requirements_

- Requirements:_
- _B. Com / Diploma in Accounting / Finance_
- _Relevant years’ experience in a financial role._
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills._
- _Sound technical and advance excel skills_
- _Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others._
- _Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature_
- _Meet Internal & External Customer needs through business partnering_
- _Focus on Execution & Results_
