As a Regional Business Manager - We are seeking a RBM who is team player, will be responsible for managing the sales activities for the company's products and services in a specific geographic region. You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals. You will also be responsible for managing and leading the sales team in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in Development and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
- Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with architects, dealers, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.
