Job Summary:
The Chemistry Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating student engagement in the field of chemistry. The lecturer will be responsible for creating and delivering course materials, conducting assessments, and providing guidance and support to students.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver engaging lectures on various chemistry topics to undergraduate and graduate students.

2. Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assignments.

3. Conduct laboratory sessions and supervise students during practical experiments.

4. Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and other evaluation methods.

5. Provide timely feedback and constructive criticism to students to enhance their learning experience.

6. Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide guidance to students during office hours or through online platforms.

7. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of chemistry and incorporate relevant advancements into the curriculum.

8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure course alignment and consistency in teaching methods.

9. Participate in curriculum development and assessment activities to improve the quality of the chemistry program.

10. Attend departmental meetings, professional development workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of a Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field is required.

2. Proven experience in teaching chemistry at the undergraduate or graduate level.

3. Strong knowledge of chemistry principles, theories, and laboratory techniques.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver lectures and engage students.

5. Proficient in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of the department.

Working Conditions:
The Chemistry Lecturer will primarily work in a classroom and laboratory setting. The position may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate teaching schedules and student needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
