- **Qualification**:

- MSW or MBA in rural marketing / Graduate with experience in NGO sector. must have his own 2 wheeler and valid licence.
- **Salary & perks - 12000 INR- 15000 INR ( Negotiable / monthly incentive based on performance and target achievement.**:

- **Experience** - minimum 1 year of experience in rural marketing or NGO sector, experience in event management.
- **Job role** - Responsible for organizing cataract camps ( rural, urban).
- Responsible for identifying cataract patients and in coordination with partner hospitals & achieve cataract surgery target for the month.
- Developing network and rapport with camp organizing agencies like village panchayat, NGO's etc. and eye hospitals.
- Ensuring visits to partner hospitals and camp to ensure maximum patients get the benefit by surgical intervention.
- Identifying paid cataract patient who can afford higher surgical package.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
