**Company Overview**:SILICA (a division of Edit Systems Pvt Ltd) is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch), ART (BFA). Over the last 18 years, 15,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges at UG & PG levels. SILICA has 26 centers across 10 cities in India. SILICA also offers Live Online and Distance learning courses. We are a 32-year-old educational group with 2 other educational divisions running successfully across India.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Act as the overall in the operation of the Center and lead in communicating a clear vision and mission and ensuring smooth operations
- Ensuring the center performs and delivered the required quality Processes.
- Supervising and monitoring the academic delivery in the center.
- Enrolls students in CampusVue, update student contact information, enter assessment test scores, and other daily processes.
- Help in resolving parental concerns and grievances.
- To assist in the day-to-day administration of the center.
- To ensure that the appropriate.
- Maintain a healthy interpersonal and cooperative relationship with your student, Parents and ensure that a healthy and cordial environment is maintained between the staff members.

**Qualifications, Education Requirements & Required Skill**:

- 3+yrs experience in education field
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400058, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
