Ø Project Planning and Implementation

Ø Milk Productivity Enhancement Services at farm level

Ø Conducting awareness camps for farmers

Ø Ration Balancing at farm level

Ø Subclinical Mastitis Detection in camps & at farm level

Ø Farm Development

Ø Animal Health Management

Ø Diagnostic testing of common cattle diseases

Ø Timely report generation and experience sharing with success stories

Ø Clean Milk Production initiatives at farm level

Ø Farm Biosecurity initiatives to prevent disease outbreaks

Ø Biogas promotion and implementation at farm level

Ø Demonstrating visible change at farm level

Ø Calf Rearing Program
