**DESCRIPTION**

Key Responsibilities
- **Marketing Execution** : Plan and contribute to the execution of periodic and repetitive activities including marketing events, price and product analyses, and communications such as publications and newsletters.
- **Reporting and Improvement** : Update and manage reports, trackers, and dashboards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **System and Database Management** : Manage selected systems and databases, including access, maintenance, troubleshooting, and moderation tasks.
- **Operational Inquiry Resolution** : Address and resolve operational inquiries from stakeholders, channel partners, or vendors regarding routine systems, processes, and tasks.
- **Internal Coordination** : Collaborate internally to coordinate responses and actions.
- **Research and Analysis** : Gather, compile, and analyze information from primary and secondary research. Draw conclusions to inform marketing strategies.
- **Content Development** : Outline and compile content for presentations and communications in collaboration with others.
- **Project Leadership** : Lead defined portions of projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with objectives.
- **Training and Support** : Train new employees and serve as an informal resource for colleagues within areas of responsibility. Provide support for additional duties as assigned.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:
Technical person with diploma or BE mechanical

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**Experience**:
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on on-highway channels. Experience with CCC repair and readiness processes is advantageous.

- **Process Transformation** : Experience in managing channel process transformation from inception to completion.

- **On-Highway Expertise** : In-depth understanding of on-highway channel processes (e.g., C Serve, DMS) and channel-related SOPs.
- **Collaboration** : Build and maintain effective partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
- **Effective Communication** : Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences.
- **Customer Focus** : Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- **Value Differences** : Recognize and leverage the value of diverse perspectives and cultures within the organization.
