- First point of contact for resource planning and deployment.- Resource Planning- Updating workplan on monthly basis in consultation with BTC and Quest Global TLs. Time writing validation with Quest Global TLs.- Work Planning- Status update and weekly monthly reporting on the progress to stakeholders.- Work Stewardship- Steward standardization & continuous improvement opportunities and track progress (develop operating manual for various teams and identify variance for later harmonization/ standardization).- Continuous Improvement- Ensuring QMS adherence by the team-track KPI and values delivered to BU (Value Capture).- Quality Assurance- On-boarding of the engineers (campus/ experienced hire) with training plan and refresher training for existing engineers.- Resource Planning- Steward bi-weekly, monthly Governance meetings including MoM preparation & action items, presentation preparation.- Work Stewardship- Facilitating execution team with respect to access, IT and hardware requirement.- Resource PlanningMechanical Engineer with MBA (preferred) with excellent communication and organizing skill and data analytics capability.
