Making Outbound Calls
- Ability to provide information clearly And effectively
- Respond and act on existing students inquiries and complaints in accordance to companies policy procedures
- Attending the incoming calls and maintaining customer database
- Responsible for assisting students
- Regular follow up with students
- Supporting to the management by generating leads
- Responsible for effective handling student queries and complaints through E-mail and Phone calls

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
