We are hiring for **Experienced Telesales Executives **
- **Min. Exp. - 1 Year in TELESALES**_

**Responsibilities -**
- Drive the interest of prospective clients to make purchasing decisions for our offerings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls proficiently.
- Collaborate with customers to grasp their needs and offer appropriate product recommendations.
- Strive to meet monthly targets set by the management.
- Stay updated with market trends, industry regulations, and related updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to persuade and secure customer purchases.
- Keep accurate documentation of personal sales transactions.

**Requirements -**
- Exceptional Communication Skills.
- Has passed 12th (HS) from a recognized board.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 1 year (required)
