**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service/PDI team, including technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
**Quality Control**:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all activities are met or exceed industry standards.
- Monitoring and inspection of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
**Staff Management**:
- Hire, train, and develop PDI staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Degree/ diploma or equivalent; advanced training or certification in auto body repair preferred.
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Car Dealership/PDI/Service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
