Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital front-end objectives, working closely with designers to create engaging web pages, user experiences and unique, elevated digital brand assets.
- Deliver cross-browser, performance and responsive code building upon the Digital Platform CMS using ready-made components, custom layouts and relevant libraries and tools.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build animations, effects and engaging interfaces and elements using native and non-native browser technologies and libraries.
- Experience working with and evolving style guides both from a design and code perspective
- Work with Content team to ensure soft deliverables and projects are executed to pixel-perfection.
- Explore, leverage, and utilize modern production-ready libraries and frameworks
- Communication and collaborate with colleagues of varying levels of technical knowledge and skillsets.
- Working with the multi-variation (A/B) Testing and Personalization manager(s) on developing and testing innovative ideas and theories.
- Help continue the content transition to a recently launched headless platform.

**Requirements**:

- Well versed in modern web development techniques, minimum 2.5-4 years digital industry experience,
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and current web standards and best practices.
- Experience with front end animation libraries such as GSAP and native Web Component APIs.
- Experience with FE libraries/frameworks such Vue and/or React.
- Experience and proficiency with Node.js and NPM.
- Experience with Git and Gitflow.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology.
- Experience with performance-based development.
- Experience with Git and Git workflow.
- Good technical understanding of SPAs and MPAs, their differences and how they affect implementation efforts.
- A keen understanding and affinity for building performant experiences.
- Experience and knowledge of modern FE frameworks and libraries.
- Professional experience with interactive web development and responsive web design.
- Experience with Restful APIs and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience and working knowledge of secure development practices.
- Must be responsive, detail oriented and have a keen sense of appropriate planning for meeting deadlines.
- Great interpersonal skills - experience working with, mentoring, and collaborating with other developers and technical/non-technical peers. Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Experience with CoreMedia CMS is preferred.
- Maintaining modern FE development practices, desire to learn, self-study and keep in front of the front-end technology curve.
- Previous retail ecommerce, Business to Consumer (B2C) or Direct to Consumer) DTC experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of common A/B Testing and Personalization engines such as Monetate, Certona, and ExactTarget is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure and show initiative to help drive improvements in user experience and workflow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
