**Role Description**:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting staff members, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Prepare and modify documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office facilities and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the management of databases and filing systems.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Tasks**:
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Monitor office expenses and manage the office budget as directed.
- **HR Support**:
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as new employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and organizing employee events.
- **Technology and Equipment Management**:
- Ensure office equipment is maintained, serviced, and in good working condition.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain appropriate records.
- Implement and oversee office safety procedures.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making**:
- Handle unforeseen challenges and solve problems efficiently to ensure mínimal disruption to office operations.
- Make decisions within the scope of the role to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues effectively.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance the overall functioning of the office.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
**Note: MS Excel Knowledge Mandatory**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
