**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Develop and design comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum materials for courses related to statistics, operations research, and quantitative analysis.
- Instruction and Lecturing: Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops on statistical methods, probability theory, data analysis, optimization techniques, supply chain management, operations planning, decision analysis, etc.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in understanding complex statistical and operational concepts, and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Research and Publication: Engage in scholarly research, publish papers in esteemed academic journals, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in statistics, operations management, or related fields.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and emerging trends in statistics, operations research, and related areas, integrating them into teaching methodologies.
- Academic Administration: Participate in academic meetings, serve on academic committees, assist in student recruitment, and contribute to the overall development of the department and institution.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessments, examinations, and grading criteria to evaluate student performance objectively, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities, attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching methods and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

- A Ph.D. or equivalent in Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Previous teaching experience in statistics, operations management, or a related field at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical methodologies, operations research techniques, optimization, modeling, and related analytical tools.
- Strong research background with publications in reputable academic journals or conferences.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Python) and operations research tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, creating an interactive and stimulating learning environment.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
