A. Job Responsibility:

- Conducting classes as per lesson planner and methodology.
- Review student resumes and give feedback; provide guidance for the interview

process.
- Conducting mock interview sessions.
- Monitor the progress of individual students.
- Counselling students and providing encouragement to take placement.
- Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.
- Needs to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the

organization’s needs.

B. Skills & Experience:

- Must have strong knowledge in English, Communicative English and Interview Skills.
- Should have good knowledge on MS Office.
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience as soft-skills Trainer is desirable.

C. Gender: - Female Preferable (Male can also apply)

D. Job Type: - Retainership / Contractual

E. Job location: - Barasat

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
