**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction with every aspect of their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
