Chemistry Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures on Chemistry topics as per the syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.
- Provide targeted coaching for JEE and NEET Chemistry, focusing on problem-solving strategies, concepts, and exam patterns.
- **Lesson Planning**:

- Design and implement structured lesson plans, ensuring syllabus coverage and clarity of concepts.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including the use of digital tools and resources.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive learning environment to encourage student participation and curiosity.
- Identify and address individual student needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Prepare and evaluate periodic tests, assignments, and mock exams to track progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their performance and confidence.
- **Resource Development**:

- Create high-quality study materials, including notes, practice questions, and revision guides tailored for JEE and NEET preparation.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns and syllabus to refine teaching strategies.
- **Mentoring**:

- Motivate and mentor students to develop a disciplined approach to studies and achieve their goals.
- Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding progress and areas of improvement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
