**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with relevant stakeholders to document requirements, working closely with technology development teams to ensure user acceptance criteria are met prior to implementation
- Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMES), and other functional partners.
- Represent the user group by presenting document requirements to the technology teams, Gather stakeholder input and signoff as required
- Support the testing teams’ understanding of requirements and test functionality as needed
- Assist with Governance of new requests by participating in discussions for inclusion in Product Backlog
- Demonstrate increasing levels of business and technical acumen in order to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology
- Provide timeline estimates to project plans as needed
- Provide sign off to technology team that requirements are understood
- Participate in regular project meetings to report on deliverables
- Provide oversight to the UAT Team and coordinate user testing as needed
- Partner with appropriate resources to provide/complete required project documentation (process flows, gap analysis, procedures, etc.)
- Provide user support during production incidents and proactively communicate status

Skills and Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in loan operations and/or loan technology preferred
- Agile/Scrum project management methodology experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), and delivery skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels
- Able to operate semi-independently, follow tight deadlines and prioritize work
- Demonstrates increasing levels of business and technical acumen in order to effectively engage with Feature Team and bridge the gap between business and technology
