**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in our sales efforts by conducting fieldwork, identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and securing orders. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong ability to connect with customers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Key Responsibilities**

1. Field Work & Market Research:

- Conduct extensive fieldwork to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Initiate contact with prospects to create engagement and foster trust.

3. Sales Meetings:

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to secure orders.

4. Order Acquisition:

- Work diligently to close deals and secure customer orders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Field Reporting:

- Provide regular reports on field activities, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies.

6. Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when engaging with customers.
- Maintain clear and professional communication both internally and externally.

7. Microsoft Office Proficiency:

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for tracking and reporting sales activities.

8. Travel:

- Be prepared for travel as necessary to meet with customers and prospects.
- Manage travel expenses efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers.
- Experience in conducting market research is a plus.
- Bonus: Incentives will be provided based on sales performance.

**Some Important Details**
- Salary Range: 2.2-3 LPA (Basic Salary)
- Travel Expenses & Incentives: Added according to sales performance
- Experience 0-3 Years (Freshers Accepted)
