Runwal Developers' is hiring a Fitout Executive Runwal's R Mall Thane.

**LOCATION**

Thane

**SCOPE**

Ensure effective communication between the tenant project team, professional team, Leasing team, and new and existing tenants and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard on time.

**KEY RESPONSIBIILTIES**
- Design - Fit out budget: Adherence to annual budget: To execute Expenses within approved budgets.
- Ensure to prepare and share store fit out chart data every week.
- Preparing NFA for cost approval of mall services for tenant
- Execution and delivering the fit-out work as per approved design with quality thus ensuring to complete the fit out in given timeline.
- To implement the practices in design and execution.
- Preparing the Fit out and de fit-out tracker (MIS & MMR) to tab all daily activities are on time.
- Ensure the Fit out (timeline as per TRF) & de fit out works completed within timeline as per TRF
- Site take over from existing tenant in timeline and site handover to new tenant within stipulated timelines.

- To conduct on-job training of draftsman and operation teams as per fit out and de fit out process/ SOPs.
- To maintain safety norms by vendors during the fit-out work.

**QUALIFICATION**
- A-Arch/ Dip-Arch, BE (Civil)/ Dip Civil
- Any graduate + course in interior designing.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in managing interior fit out project for retails or working with a PMC dealing with retail and/ or commercial fitouts
- Required Skill(s): project management, interior design, planning, supervising
- Experience in report making and monitoring contractor work (Ensure good workmanship are carried out).
- Organize work effectively and efferent to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
