Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**Position Summary**

**A Day in the Life**- Conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.- Develops requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.- Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.- Member of a cross-functional team that translates customer needs and technology directions into product definitions.- May participate in the creation of documentation or user guides for new products

- o Bachelor’s degree required
- o Requires 0-2 years of related experience- Computer/Technical:

- o Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- o Tools : Jira, Miro Board, Retro- Other Skills:

- o Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
- o Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
- o Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with mínimal supervision
- o Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- o Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- B.S. or higher in computer science/technology field preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent customer-service orientation
- Effective delegation of tasks and follow-up
- Lead technology assessments and author recommendations
- Knowledgeable of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Capable of meeting deadlines and focuses on results and value creation
- Capable of professionally resolving team issues/conflicts
- Works well with customers and vendors, knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment
- Self-motivated and directed
- Capable of prioritizing and execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and regulations preferred (PCI, PII, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR, ADA, etc.)
