Quantitative Aptitude Faculty

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Quantitative Faculty member to join our esteemed educational institution, specializing in preparing students for competitive exams such as CAT, GMAT, Banking exams (IBPS, SBI), and SSC (Staff Selection Commission). As a Quant Faculty, you will play a crucial role in equipping students with the quantitative reasoning, mathematical skills, and problem-solving abilities required to excel in these highly competitive tests.

**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update a comprehensive and result-oriented curriculum for quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and mathematical reasoning sections of competitive exams like CAT, GMAT, Banking, and SSC.

Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, conduct problem-solving sessions, and facilitate mock tests to enhance students' quantitative abilities and performance in the competitive exams.

Study Material Preparation: Create and curate study materials, practice questions, and mock test papers that reflect the latest exam patterns and difficulty levels, ensuring that students receive the best possible preparation resources.

Individualized Coaching: Provide personalized attention and coaching to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and tailoring instructional approaches to help them overcome challenges and achieve their target scores.

Strategy Development: Assist students in developing effective test-taking strategies, time management skills, and stress management techniques to maximize their performance during the competitive exams.

Progress Tracking and Feedback: Regularly assess students' progress through quizzes, tests, and mock exams, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them address areas needing improvement.

Stay Updated with Exam Trends: Keep abreast of changes in exam patterns, syllabus modifications, and new question types introduced in competitive exams, and incorporate these updates into the teaching material and strategies.

Motivational Guidance: Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential, boosting their confidence and self-belief to excel in the highly competitive environment of these exams.

Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with other faculty members and educational experts to develop interdisciplinary approaches to enhance students' overall performance and academic experience.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Proven expertise in quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and mathematical reasoning, particularly in the context of competitive exams like CAT, GMAT, Banking, and SSC.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Familiarity with the syllabus and question patterns of CAT, GMAT, Banking, and SSC exams.

Patience, empathy, and dedication to guide students through their exam preparation journey.

Proficiency in using technology and online teaching tools for remote or blended learning.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
