IT Executive

**Job purpose**
- Maintenance & administration of Retail Software (POS)

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Maintenance & administration of Retail Software in Company outlets..
- Maintaining User accounts, Rights & privileges for users - grant & revoke.
- Support & Training to users for operating POS Retail.
- Updating EXE & alter all across company stores.
- Management and maintenance of Hardware support
- PC, Thermal Printers, Scanner, Cash drawer & UPS.
- Configure and assisting Mailing Solution, Anti-virus in Company stores.
- Maintaining Records of Material Purchase, Disposed material, Material in stock for Company Stores.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate person (BCA / MCA / Graduate in any stream) with good communication skills.
- Query handling in SQL database.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Physical requirements**
- For IT EXECUTIVE (Software-Retail), person must have conveyance to travel to stores for support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Naraina Ind. Area, South West - 110028, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
