**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Scrum Leader to Keep all Parties on Track and Informed
- Host SAFe Agile events like PI Planning, Daily Stand-up Meetings, Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective
- Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
- Coach Team on Scrum Practices and Principles
- Introduce and implement Agile Engineering Best Practices
- Own (I.e. maintain and track) project backlog, progress, status, risk, and other relevant details. Present it to the required stakeholders whenever required.
- Help team to remove impediments and escalate when required, making sure team is on track throughout the sprint
- Ensure that work products meet stringent functional and quality requirements

**Basic Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) or master’s degree (M.E) in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline
- Master’s in computer science (MSC Computer Science), MCA

**Experience**:

- Overall, 6 to 10 years of experience - preferably in software development while working with global teams

Relevant minimum 2 years’ experience in managing projects with Agile Scrum methodology

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Mandatory Skills:
- C# ASP.Net Core MVC
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs, Web API development
- Working knowledge of database
- Agile, Scrum Master certification
- Hands on experience in managing teams following Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum project management methodology- Own sprint planning, project backlog, work prioritization
- Lead all scrum ceremonies
- Experience in Agile project management tool (Azure DevOps or JIRA )
- Nice to have:

- Experience/Awareness of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) would be an added advantage
- Awareness of secure product development lifecycle
- Awareness of Behavior Driven (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD)
