Marketing and Sales Coordinator

**Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, presentations, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
**Client Management**:
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients for clarifications, updates, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
- Coordinate inter-departmental activities to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
**Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
**Experience**:
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or sales coordination, preferably in the IT sector.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
