1. Document Collection: The Liaison Officer would be responsible for collecting all necessary documents required for project approvals, permits, and compliance. These documents may include but are not limited to:

- Legal documents: Company registration, licenses, and permits.
- Technical documents: Engineering drawings, site plans, and specifications.
- Environmental documents: Impact assessments, environmental management plans.
- Financial documents: Budgets, financial statements, and proof of financial capability.
- Stakeholder engagement records: Meeting minutes, correspondence with community members or local authorities.

2. Government Office Coordination: Liaise with various government offices at the local, state, and national levels to understand the specific requirements and procedures for document submission. This involves building relationships with government officials and staying updated on regulatory changes or new requirements.

3. Document Submission: Prepare and organize all collected documents for submission to the relevant government offices within specified deadlines. Ensure that the submission packages are complete, accurate, and formatted according to the guidelines provided by each office.

4. Follow-up and Tracking: Monitor the status of document submissions and follow up with government offices as necessary to expedite the review and approval process. Keep detailed records of submission dates, responses received, and any additional requirements or requests from the authorities.

5. Compliance Documentation: Maintain records of all submitted documents and approvals obtained from government agencies to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This documentation may be crucial for future audits, inspections, or project reviews.

6. Communication with Internal Stakeholders: Keep project managers and other relevant stakeholders informed about the status of document submissions and any feedback or requests received from government offices. Coordinate closely with project teams to address any issues or concerns raised during the review process.

**Salary**: ₹9,835.91 - ₹12,000.00 per month
