**Job description**

Develop visually appealing and conceptually strong designs based on given themes and concepts

Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, labels and website graphics

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives

Ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality

Stay updated with current design trends and techniques to continuously enhance your design skills Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Prepare design drafts and present them to the team for feedback and revisions

Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback and ensure final designs meet the requirements.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Graduation with 4-6 years’ experience in Graphic Design tools like Corel Draw

Proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Corel Draw, Photoshop and Illustrator

Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography

Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
