Back Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments within the company, including accounting, marketing, and back-office operations.
In the accounting domain, your responsibilities will include assisting with accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, managing expense reports, and maintaining financial records. Attention to detail and proficiency in using accounting software will be essential.
In the marketing realm, you will support the marketing team by coordinating promotional activities, managing social media accounts, assisting with market research, and preparing marketing materials. Strong communication skills and creativity will be advantageous.
As for back-office work, you will handle administrative tasks such as managing files, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. You will also assist with data entry, record keeping, and general office management.
