- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

**Rectify Issues. **Demonstrate the ability to defuse potentially volatile situations and provide an articulate, measured response to a problem sorted.Proven working knowledge of routers, switchers, Wireshark which has to be dealt on demand.
