Boarding School Principal

The Principal is responsible for the effective running of the boarding school, leading the school's Christian culture and Christ-centered mission. The Principal provides strategic and operational leadership of the Boarding School, in addition to the educational leadership and the overall management of all school staff. By contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment and learning culture, the Principal is facilitating the leadership, development, and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. They are responsible for the establishment and management of personnel, finance, technology, assets, facilities and resources of the boarding school to ensure their optimum use through continuous development.

The Principal plays a central role in promoting and representing the school to the broader community, working with parents, community and business. Furthermore, the Principal has a duty of care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and students within their responsibility and care.
