Physiotherapist

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team as a fresher. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates in Physiotherapy (BPT) to kickstart their career in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients under the supervision of senior clinicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting assessments of patients' physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary systems.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' goals.
- Administering various therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitoring patients' progress regularly and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families about the nature of their condition, treatment options, and strategies for self-management.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
- Adhering to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations governing physiotherapy practice.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant state or national physiotherapy regulatory body.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced clinical setting.
