Vice Principal

G D Goenka Public School, Bhagalpur is a vibrant and innovative educational institution dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience for students. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our leadership team. The Vice Principal will play a key role in supporting the Principal in the administration and management of the school, fostering a positive school culture, and promoting academic excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development.
- Provide instructional leadership by supporting teachers in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment to ensure high academic standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student success and well-being.
- Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff, providing feedback, coaching, and support to promote professional growth and development.
- Oversee student discipline, behavior management, and attendance, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment conducive to learning.
- Coordinate and oversee school programs and activities, including extracurriculars, student services, and special events, to enhance the overall student experience.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and support student achievement.
- Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new staff members, ensuring alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.
- Assume the duties of the Principal in their absence and perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the school.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Teaching certification and administrative licensure for Bihar.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus around shared goals.
