We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As an Associate, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement testing and quality assurance artifacts for new and existing software.
- Day-today-day technical, research, and analytical support
- Ensure that software functionality is implemented according to the product stakeholder needs.
- Document results accurately and reports results tactfully and concisely.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs, especially for unit tests.
- Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate action.
- Log and track system flaws using the JIRA issue tracking system.
- Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
- Provide coaching to Junior Associates.
- Works independently on simple to medium complex projects

**Role Requirements**
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Automation testing using Selenium,Karate and different frameworks.
- Experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, etc
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in API testing using Rest Assured, SOPAUi, Postman, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in testing web-based solutions
- Knowledge accessing relational databases (e.g. SQL scripting)
Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
