**Job Description**:
Brainvibe App is looking for a Technical Support Intern to provide technical assistance to our users. As an intern, you will work closely with our support team to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service to our users.
**Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users.
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of user inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
Provide exceptional customer service to our users.
Assist in the development of support documentation for our users.
Keep up-to-date with our product features and updates.
**Requirements**:
Proficient in Hindi, Tamil, and English (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with mobile apps and software.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Must be able to commit to a 2-month internship program.
