Patrol area to inspect for any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and take immediate corrective actions to avoid any occurrences or incidents
- Ensure availability of raw materials and manage the distribution & allocation of utility and steam to meet the production requirements
- Continuous monitoring of primary & secondary treatments, SBR, Extraction Column, Phenol recovery Column, Ozonation, SBT, RO, MEE, DEE, ATFD and take necessary measures to correct deviations to meet the production target.
- Ensure maximum capacity utilization of all plants by avoiding possible break down by focusing on preventive maintenance of equipments
- Review process safety by taking inputs from the process team and implement recommendations to achieve Zero Accidents goal
- Follow elements of Aarti Management System
- Enforce & maintain excellent sectional housekeeping standards by proper execution of 5'S' program
- Manage the systems like HRMS, SAP etc.
- Analyse various Lab reports as per required parameters, and provide instructions to plant operators & supervisors for any corrections in the process
- Maintain Effluent quality as per the specification, by continuous monitoring and troubleshooting in case of in process quality deviations
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis for any incident and make necessary corrections as per recommendations of Plant Manager
- Comply with legal and statutory compliance requirement of State Pollution Control Board norms
- Arrange Safety Tool Box and On Job Tool Box for all maintenance jobs (discussion of every abnormal activity that has happened in the Plant with possible solution)
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Assist in efforts to drive continuous improvement of Effluent quality
- Carry our plant shutdown and start up activities as per required schedule
- Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting for EMS system for smooth operation
- Ensure proper waste (solid, liquid organic, insulation & hazardous) disposal to comply with environment parameters
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Arrange Safety Tool Box and On Job Tool Box for all maintenance jobs (discussion of every abnormal activity that has happen in the Plant with possible solution)
