**Position Description**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Strictly comply with aircraft approved data for painting
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Prepare for painting by masking, stripping, sanding, washing aircraft sections and components
- Blends and mixes paints, inks, and coatings to proper spraying consistency
- color matching
- Using stencils to create letters, numbers and other designs
- Setup and operate various types of paint spraying equipment
- Operate ground support equipment
- Execute painting task to approved data and established quality standards

**What You'll Need**:
**Job Requirements & Competencies**
- Able to understand and execute technical instructions
- Able to work independently
- Able to work overtime and night shift duty
- Able to read technical English and Chinese

**Qualification & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in aircraft painting or related industrial painting
- Holder of painting apprenticeship certificate is preferred
