Job Description of Rubber Technologist

Quality assurance at various stages of rubber production: Equipment preparation, calibration, Sample Collection, visual inspection, dimensional checks, Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Carry out housekeeping in rubber product manufacturing: Sorting of material available at the workplace, placing all things in order, cleaning of the area, sustaining the level of 5S achieved
- Carry out reporting and documentation: Documenting and reporting various information like - production, inspection, machine status, batch traceability status, product testing status
- Carry out quality checks: Lab testing, interpretation of quality test report, taking appropriate action for resolving quality issues reported in the product, disposing of rejected material
- Carry out problem identification and escalation: Know the hierarchy of the organization, know the immediate supervisor, escalation of matters which are beyond job role, identification of abnormal situations
- Carry out health and safety: Undertake essential safety checks, risk assessment of at workplace, safe disposal of waste, environment protection, reporting accidents and incidents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,444.92 - ₹45,477.39 per month
